These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tempus. By accessing or using Tempus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Tempus is provided for business operations including project management, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and client communication. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
  • Access may be suspended or revoked if the service is misused.

Organization Data

The organization using Tempus is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data entered into the system, including client, contact, project, invoice, and payment-related information.

Integrations

Tempus may integrate with third-party services such as Google and Stripe. Use of those integrations may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Tempus is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Payments and Billing

If payment features are enabled, invoice and payment data may be transmitted through connected payment providers. Tempus may reflect payment status, customer mappings, subscription references, or invoice metadata, but payment processing itself may be handled by third parties.

Intellectual Property

Tempus and its related software, layout, and functionality remain the property of the service owner or licensor, except for customer or organization data entered into the system.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Tempus for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service in violation of applicable law or authorization.
  • Use the service in a way that could harm the service owner, users, or third parties.

Availability and Changes

Tempus may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features, workflows, and integrations may change over time.

Disclaimer

Tempus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to use of the service.

Termination

Access to Tempus may be suspended or terminated at any time if these Terms of Use are violated or if continued access would create operational, security, or legal risk.

Governing Terms

These Terms of Use are intended as general platform terms. Any separate agreement between the service operator and the organization using Tempus will control in the event of conflict.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Tempus after an update means the updated terms apply.
