These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tempus. By accessing or using Tempus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tempus is provided for business operations including project management, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and client communication. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the service.
The organization using Tempus is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data entered into the system, including client, contact, project, invoice, and payment-related information.
Tempus may integrate with third-party services such as Google and Stripe. Use of those integrations may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Tempus is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
If payment features are enabled, invoice and payment data may be transmitted through connected payment providers. Tempus may reflect payment status, customer mappings, subscription references, or invoice metadata, but payment processing itself may be handled by third parties.
Tempus and its related software, layout, and functionality remain the property of the service owner or licensor, except for customer or organization data entered into the system.
You agree not to:
Tempus may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features, workflows, and integrations may change over time.
Tempus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to use of the service.
Access to Tempus may be suspended or terminated at any time if these Terms of Use are violated or if continued access would create operational, security, or legal risk.
These Terms of Use are intended as general platform terms. Any separate agreement between the service operator and the organization using Tempus will control in the event of conflict.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Tempus after an update means the updated terms apply.
Questions about these Terms of Use should be directed to the Tempus account owner or organization administrator responsible for the deployment of this service.
